What is Umami Everything?
A Japanese umami condiment made with rice bran oil, tamari, miso, garlic, onion, shiitake, and other savory ingredients. Spoon it onto a finished meal or stir it into noodles, dressings, and marinades.
Where can I buy it?

How do Original and Spicy differ?
Original is umami-forward, savory, and smoky with gentle, very mild spice. Spicy is a distinct experience: bright citrus, plenty of chili heat, and an aromatic sansho tingle. It is not simply a hotter Original. Both contain chili and sansho, so Original is not chili-free.
What can I put it on?
Start with a small spoonful on rice, noodles, tofu, vegetables, toast, or dumplings, then add more to taste. Stir it through a dressing or use it to finish a stir-fry. See five quick meal ideas.
How long does it keep?
The unopened shelf life is one year. Check the best-before date on your jar. Refrigerate after opening and preferably consume within 1–2 weeks. Follow the storage instructions on your jar.
